Darien Police say they notified Greenwich Police that 25-year-old Jimil Gaskins of Norwalk, Connecticut was in custody on Saturday, April 27.
Greenwich Police allegedly had two warrants for his arrest. The first was for an incident on August 5, 2018 where Gaskins allegedly stole cash after entering a commercial building in Greenwich. He was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
Police say the second warrant was for an incident on Monday, March 25 where Gaskins once again entered a commercial building in Greenwich and stole cash. The warrant includes charges of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
Gaskins was held on a $75,000 bond for the first warrant and $50,000 bond for the second warrant. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, May 6.
